Problem :
the old Nissan Serena C24 brake light stays on even when the key been removed.
Research :
Browsed few forums to find out it might be caused by the broken rubber damper (placed between the brake pedal and the brake light switch).
Roll-up sleeves :
Just trace the brake pedal, and you will find two switches places by the brake pedal.
the switch located on the left side of the brake pedal that switches the brake lights off when get pressed.
instead of getting new rubber damper, simply roll two pieces of paper and insert it on the holes on the brake pedal. and that fix the problem for good.
this is how it was done, unprofessionally, of course.
do remember, you doing it at your own risk.
